KOVA comes to your workplace for a single day and gives your people a hands-on look at their own health, measured, explained, and theirs to act on. However many people you have, we come to them.
We arrive in the morning, set up on-site, and run a series of health activation stations. Your people move through them over the course of the day, spending a few minutes at each, while our coaches read out their results and talk them through what the numbers mean and how to improve them. No travel, no off-site visits. We bring everything.
